This is an exciting role, which will see you based at our new Head Office in Cottesloe in an active, open-plan office environment. You will report direct to hospitality industry leader and Managing Director, George Kailis with the senior members of the KHG finance, operations and HR teams.
Your duties will include:
- Full end-to-end payroll function, including monthly reconciliation of PAYG Withholding and Superannuation Guarantee requirements.
- New staff setups, Deputy support, weekly pays and reconciliations and weekly labour reporting.
- Weekly, monthly, and periodical financial and administrative reporting
- Bank account reconciliations.
- Entering of accounts receivable and payable.
To be considered for this role:
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience in Australi..
- Qualifications in Bookkeeping or Accounting.
- Experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong communicator and excellent time management.
- Broad and advanced experience with XERO and Excel.
- Payroll experience for 75+employees with Deputy experience desirable.
- Preferred experience with hospitality systems such as IMPOS, OrderMate and Restoke
- Open to working in an active and diverse workplace - this isn't your everyday office role.
- Current police clearance
