Qualifications & Experience

- Excellent computer skills and familiar with Accounting Software and payroll desirable
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Ideally experience in a similar role
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering and screening of incoming calls, manage messages in an accurate and timely manner
- Greeting and liaising with clients
- Prepare letters, documents and emails as required
- General Data entry
- Reconciling accounts, maintain financial reports & payroll processing
- Maintain client manuals, checklists and process documents
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Senior Bookkeepers
