Bookkeeper

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong work Ethic and use initiative to ensure quality and efficient work
• Willing to learn, reliable and able to multi-task
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and the ability to deliver to expectations of requirements
• Excellent computer skills and familiar with Accounting Software and payroll desirable
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High attention to detail
• Ideally experience in a similar role

Tasks & responsibilities

• Answering and screening of incoming calls, manage messages in an accurate and timely manner
• Greeting and liaising with clients
• Prepare letters, documents and emails as required
• General Data entry 
• Reconciling accounts, maintain financial reports & payroll processing
• Maintain client manuals, checklists and process documents
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Senior Bookkeepers

This is a part-time or full-time for the right person, on-site position.
