You will be responsible for providing effective finance, tax and accounting support to the business operations and Finance department; specifically in the financial accounting, statutory reporting, and banking areas.In this role you will be responsible for:Accounts receivables - billing, collection forecast, chasing overdue payments and reviewing client accounts against credit limits.Accounts payable - posting of invoices, payables aging reports and payment proposals.Staff expense reimbursementDaily bank reconciliationsData and cost analysisAssisting the CFO by ensuring all invoices are correctly approved, allocated and entered.Assisting the CFO in their tasks and deliverables related to month end processing, reporting, reconciliations, taxation and compliance.Ad hoc tasksAbout YouYou enjoy working in a small size hands-on team, and proactively looking for process improvement, automation and efficiency gains. This role requires a highly motivated, professional who is positive, polished and will enjoy taking additional responsibility.Skills and experienceBachelor's degree in accounting Minimum two years’ experience in a finance roleMust have excellent written and spoken English, strong communication skills and highly organized.Positive work ethic and ability to work with a high level of autonomy.Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to priorities and multitask.Demonstrated ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong data analysis skillsMust be proficient in Xero and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Next StepIf this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you.
