AddressDue to continued expansion of our internal bookkeeping team, we are seeking a dynamic bookkeeper to provide services to Allan Hall clients.
This is an opportunity to use your bookkeeping experience in a highly reputable business offering a stable client base and income. You will be supported by experienced internal professionals, systems, work processes and ongoing training and development.
The position is being offered full-time or part-time with a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Your Role:
- Conduct day-to-day bookkeeping tasks: AR, AP, bank and credit card reconciliations
- Generate weekly and monthly reports
- Prepare BAS and handle month-end processing
- Manage payroll functions: monthly payroll, payroll tax, superannuation, IAS, HR GL reconciliation
- Perform adhoc administrative tasks
About You:
- Experience: Commercial experience in a bookkeeping/accounting role with a sound working knowledge of Australian standards and practices.
- Strong eye for detail: Execute tasks meticulously, ensuring accuracy and precision, while demonstrating the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team environment
- Systems Savvy: Xero and Excel experience is essential; MYOB would be an advantage
- Client-Centric: Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple clients
- Working Rights: Full Australian working rights, sponsorship will not be offered for this role
