We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper / Administration Assistant to provide accounts and clerical support to the Branch Manager. A key area of focus will be efficiency, accuracy and compliance with accounts and reporting. The position will also carry out other office duties as required, including but not limited to the following:
- Accounts receivable and payable management, including reconciliation, collections and liaising with customers & suppliers
- Parts ordering, receipting and returns processing as required
- Reception duties
- Data entry and ensure up to date filing & housekeeping (including electronic files) so that all data is easily accessible
- Undertake other admin duties as required
What you'll need to bring
- Competent with office software (e.g. MS Office), including Word and Excel spreadsheets
- A good understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Actions orientated and a willingness to learn and apply new skills and take on new responsibilities
- Continuous improvement approach
- High attention to detail
