We are a small business Arborist company based in Bayswater North seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant due to our continued growth!
We are a team of friendly professionals who are looking for a customer focused person with existing experience who wants to make a difference and help our growing business.
This is a newly created role so we need someone who is confident in their abilities and can hit the ground running.
It will initially be a part time position of 15-25 hours per week (we are very flexible with days and hours). This can be a work from home role or we have an office/factory located in Bayswater North. We enjoy a hybrid workplace and our trustworthy and hardworking team are out on the road servicing all of Victoria.
We use Service M8 and Xero software so experience would be a bonus, however we know that most people are pretty tech savvy these days and can adapt IT skills across new systems.
Responsibilities will include:
- monitoring emails and phone calls
- creating new jobs in Service M8
- scheduling jobs in Service M8
- Quoting
- Invoicing
- Accounts reconciliation in Xero
- Accounts payable
- Fortnightly payroll of 5 employees
