The Role
Our dedicated accounts team manage the day-to-day finances of a diverse range of companies. We have a full-time position available for an experienced bookkeeper or Assistant Accountant.
This is a hands-on role. The right person will have a good understanding of all aspects of accounts. Our diverse portfolio of business will also require you to have the flexibility to operate different accounting systems (mainly QB and Xero)
To be considered for this role you will need to:
- Have previous bookkeeping experience with Intermediate to Advanced Skills,
- Be a self-starter and have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across a group of businesses.
- Show attention to detail, a 'can do' attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with the management and reconciliation of intercompany loans.
- Experience in End of Month (EOM) procedures. Be able to prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financials. Provide ad hoc financial reports as requested.
- Work within set timeframes to provide information in a timely manner.
- Financial record keeping - maintain accurate financial records and associated administration tasks.
