MLT 1 Australia is an established commercial tilling and strip out company, looking for someone who is proficient with Excel, MYOB and Payapps to take control of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Payroll/Managing staff salaries (weekly)
- Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts
- completion of Bank reconciliations
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Generate Progress claims and Invoices
- Regular unpaid/overdue invoices follow ups
- identifying and matching clint inquiries with invoices
- identifying and matching supplier payments with invoices
- General administrative and office duties
- Handling the MYOB accounts
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- MYOB
- Payapps
- Ability to work well within a small team environment/Team player
- You are proficient with Excel and Microsoft software is a must
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- You have the ability to self-manage workflow
