AddressBookkeeper / internal accountant to work for a High End Residential Builder based in Mosman.

Excel Experience
Xero software preferred (MYOB is ok)
Bookkeeping to trial balance stage, this will include bank rec, creditor rec, debtor rec, credit card rec etc all very much general accounting and bookkeeping
BAS prep and lodgment
Cashflow control (paying creditors) talking to creditors
Cashflow budgets
Reporting by job from xero.
General office skills, willingness to help and learn other areas outside general bookkeeping to assist Project Managers / Contracts Managers.
