Bookkeeper/Accountant - Permanent Full-Time Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
- Administer BAS/IAS/PAYG and Payroll Tax in preparation for our external accountants
- Assist external accountants with tax records for annual lodgements.
- Generate monthly management reports.
- Liaise directly with the director.
- Perform minor administrative duties as required.
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts/bookkeeping roles.
- Certificate IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification required.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with Xero desired.
- Experience with Deputy desired.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated with excellent workload management and prioritization skills.
