Bookkeeper & Office Manager

You’re organised, good at getting things done and like to help others. Now it's time for you to champion a new role.  

You are now looking for a stable role with a long standing company, where you can be autonomous with control over ensuring the books are up to date and accurate, and the office is running smoothly with a productive team. You’ll also see that customers, contractors and suppliers have a positive experience.

You’ll be provided with limited initial training and once established, you’ll be the person liaising with the sales team, production team and customers, ensuring money is flowing efficiently and accurately. If you are diligent, loyal and can handle pressure you will naturally succeed in this role and help the company grow.

Australia accounting & tax experience will be very helpful in allowing you to strive in this role.

This is a busy role that requires lots of energy, initiative, analysis skills and a genuine desire to help others. We have a great accounting and job costing software that you will need to be capable of navigating to succeed in this role.

You'll know you're doing an exceptional job when the key company statistics are continually increasing, and the managers have no attention on your functions because everything is done ahead of time.

This role is ideal for someone who is not sensitive and is highly productive, not needing external influence to get started, and is motivated by the potential future of a business.
