Reporting to the CEO and management team, this role focuses that all Accounting reporting within FFO Business Services (Tax Agent) have been completed in a timely manner.
In this role, you may be responsible for:

Reporting to the CEO and management team, this role focuses that all Accounting reporting within FFO Business Services (Tax Agent) have been completed in a timely manner.
In this role, you may be responsible for:
- End to end payroll – Processing pay runs, superannuation, payroll tax
- Updating practice and client files using MYOB or XERO for monthly reporting
- management any unusual transactions and abnormality in investment performance report;
- Preparation of loan statements and schedules for monthly distribution;
- Preparation of monthly electronic workpaper files, including filing and archiving electronic workpapers and covert hard copy to PDF where required;
- Using accounting software Xero and Class Super to prepare Monthly/quarterly BAS/IAS;
- Using accounting software Xero and Class Super to prepare annual Financial statements and Income tax returns (including SMSF);
- Reconciliation
- Practice accounts payable management
- Business support for the practice
- Building client relationships and providing on-going support.
- Month end journals including balance day adjustments
- Supporting other team members
