We are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team at Gutter-Vac Franchise Head Office at Northgate Qld 4013.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data Entry.
- Administrative Tasks.
- Contract Invoicing.
- Bookkeeping duties including work with software programmes (Xero and MYOB).
- Making and receiving phone calls with clients as required.
- General assistance to General Manager and Director.
- Tax Law and Fair Work research and application.
Key Selection Criteria
Qualifications and Skills
- 1+years’ experience in MYOB and Xero.
- Microsoft Office – Word and Excel knowledge is a must.
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
- The ability to communicate professionally both verbally and written, with a satisfactory level of English commands to deal directly with variety of clients.
- Able to work independently, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and hand sensitive information.
- Fast learner.
