We are now looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant that can be a part of our growing team, managing the group's finances and being an integral part of the team. Preferable full time basis or for the right individual would accommodate part-time basis.
Your duties will include but not limited to;
- Budgeting cash flow, forecasting
- Preparing and processing fortnightly payrolls (incl. statutory returns for PAYG, BAS, Super, Payroll Tax and Workcover etc.)
- Creditors - liaising with supplier enquiries and arranging payments
- Maintaining the Aged Debtors/Creditors report
- Match and reconcile supplier monthly statements.
- Data processing in preparation of monthly P&L reporting and expense analysis
To be considered for this role:
- Bachelor of accounting or equivalent
- Previous payroll exposure
- Strong experience in Xero is essential
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Punctuality and reliability
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: West Footscray on site in the office.
