Bookkeeper/Administration Permanent (0.8 Part Time - Full Time)

About the Role:
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the business.
Key Duties:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
- Payroll
- Monthly BAS
- Superannuation
- Portable Long Service Leave
- CITB Levy
- Return to Work
- End of Month and End of Year Reporting
- End of Year reconciliation
- Various Administration Duties
The ideal candidate:
- Positive outlook with a co-operative and collaborative approach.
- Must be able to work independently, with at least 3 years experience in a similar Finance role
- Ability to multitask and work across various systems.
- Strong Excel and Word skills
- Experience with MYOB essential
- Excellent Organisational and time management skills.
