We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our Fashion Client who stock high end Australian and International Designers! You will lead an incredible Double Bay Boutique and team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a strong background in retail management, and exceptional leadership skills. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for their customers, driving sales, and managing overall operations of the store.
You should be a real go-getter and someone who has a lot of initiative to continue driving strong results with their amazing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, training, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Provide coaching and support to ensure tat team members achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Support the business VIP Manager looking after all high profile and new VIP customers.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage the roster, performance management and reviews.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing these to the CEO/Buyer on a regular basis.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and inventory shrinkage.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to execute in-store promotions and events.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to showcase and generate buzz for all new product trough Instagram and TikTok.
Ideal Skills:
- Store Management experience within a fashion retail environment.
- Looking for a leader and a mentor. You will be the driving force looking after motivating and inspiring your team.
- Impeccable communication skills with a vibrant and dynamic personality to match. The ability to strike up an engaging conversation with customers comes naturally to you.
- Strong ability to build client relationships, developing long term VIP clientele.
- You are experienced with coaching and training, recruitment, performance management and VM.
- Experienced with store operations, basic reporting and stock control.
- You have experience managing teams of 5+ people
