About the Role
To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking a Branch Administration Training & Compliance Coordinator to join our Perth branch. You will support the branches with in-person & virtual on-boarding and refresher Training for all Administration & Customer service-related processes. This role will entail travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training and compliance.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for branch staff.
- Coordinate and facilitate in-branch process conformance assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Provide support and guidance to staff on administrative and compliance issues.
- Assist in the development and updating of manuals, process documents and LMS.
- Regular travel to including but not limited to WA & NT

- 2-3 Years proven experience in Training, Coaching, and mentoring in a previous role.
- Strong communications skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in ability to document processes and develop training material.
- Pronto & Learning Management System (LMS) knowledge highly desirable.
- A National Police Check and Demerit Points Statement is required PRIOR to commencement.
