The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) lead the sustainable development of Western Australia’s regions and agriculture, aquaculture, food and fisheries sectors. In everything we do, we take an approach to protect, grow and innovate WA’s economy, community and environment.About the opportunityWe are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Governance and Prosecutions Team in managing prosecutions and ensuring corporate governance standards are upheld within our Operations and Compliance Directorate. As the Compliance Governance and Prosecutions Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing the efficient use of resources, managing relationships with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in our processes.We currently have one permanent full-time position with flexible work arrangements available for immediate filling.We are looking for individuals with:

  • Experience in brief management and court processes to play a vital role in our enforcement team by coordinating and managing our prosecution workflows and systems.
  • Certificate level qualifications in compliance and/or investigations or possession of relevant experience.
