The opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and process focused Branch Manager to lead our team in Bethania!
Reporting to the National Service Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Lead and direct branch day to day operational needs in order to achieve company, department and individual goals and metrics
- Facility and site management
- Management of engine and generator PDIs and upfits
- Resource management between service, stores, and product PDI and upfit
- Establish robust relationships with customers and be the escalation point of contact for enquiries and feedback
- Maintain regular customer visits with identification of revenue generating opportunities for business growth
- Establish service level expectations with customers and guide the team to achieve ideal standard of service
- Quotation and estimation of service requests
- Drive branch profitability to exceed budget requirements
- Coordinate tender responses
- Universal level adoption of strategies and opportunities as identified through business development planning
What you must have
- Trade level qualifications in either mechanical or electrical disciplines (minimum)
- Well-developed experience in a leadership role within a business experiencing growth
- High level of direct product knowledge focused on functionality and fault diagnostics
- Ability to pass on product knowledge in a constructive and effective manner
- Strong customer interaction skills focused on alignment of expectations
- Ability to deliver operational outcomes to support strategic objectives
- Operational experience with ERP systems
- Operational financial understanding for example margins and budget adherence
- Operational experience with warehousing
