Branch Manager

Company Overview:
Our client is a rapidly expanding national company with over 50 years in the construction industry.

Role Overview:
The position involves frequent travel within Toowoomba and surrounding areas, with the expectation that you will regularly engage with clients for account management and business development purposes.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Expand our presence in specific areas and increase the number of rental units in our offerings
• Connect with clients to enhance business, handle inquiries, and gather feedback
• Cultivate a robust network of satisfied customers to optimize future business opportunities
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate monthly reports, and maintain positive financials for the branch

Branch Management:

• Manage the availability of our vehicle fleet and resources while adhering to the branch's budget
• Ensure the branch team delivers outstanding service and adheres to quality standards
• Oversee branch staff, inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance
• Collaborate closely with departments at Head Office to smoothly achieve company goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development/sales, preferably in construction or related service industries
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and meeting sales targets
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget and P&L management
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide the team towards excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Tertiary qualifications in sales, commerce, business, or related fields
• Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly for client meetings
