About the Role
Working closely with the National Operations Manager, the successful candidate will grow the Brisbane branch by expanding the vehicle fleet and customer base. They will lead the day-to-day operations, managing the team, our fleet and our customers ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of the Brisbane branch
- Maintain and develop processes to achieve targets and KPI’s
- Mentor, develop and manage a team of 2 customer centric operations coordinators to ensure every Karmo customer receives a great customer experience
- Manage enquiries and onboard new customers
- Forecast, order and manage the fleet of vehicles and optimise utilisation and profitability
- Develop relationships with existing and new suppliers
- Develop relationships with new business customers
- Manage customer payments
- Manage vehicle repairs, maintenance and cleaning
Skills and Experience
- Positive attitude towards building quality customer relationships
- Excellent team management and organisational skills
- Proven Stock/Inventory Management experience
- Strong Sales experience in competitive markets
- Demonstrated ability to sustain and build corporate relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Current Drivers Licence
- The ability to work within an Autonomous Environment is Essential
Previous Experience in the Vehicle Rental space will be Highly Regarded.
