Branch Administrator

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support our Melbourne operations, on a full time basis. This is an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks.Culture and Benefits

Tasks & Responsibilities

• General administration tasks such as: answering calls, managing shared inboxes, invoicing, ordering stationary, data entry etc
• Coordinate freight travels from various locations by liaising with clients, suppliers and drivers.
• Raising and receipting purchase orders
• Entering data into relevant systems, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records
• Be the right-hand man to the Branch Operations Manager by providing critical operational support

Skills & Experience

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
• Highly developed computer skills with a strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team.
