Looking for an enthusiastic, highly driven, and motivated Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and maximize sales of products and services in the area.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in accordance with the business.
- Oversee the customer service process, ensuring prompt handling of sales inquiries, complaints, and refining quoting procedures.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients.
- Supervise all installation personnel and contractors while managing the scheduling of daily installations.
- Market insights through monthly reports.
- Submit pricing agreements, proposals, and quotations to potential customers.
YOUR SKILLS
We seek an individual passionate about team engagement, possessing resilience to thrive in a challenging role within a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate naturally builds relationships and is genuinely motivated to exceed expectations.
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in the garage door sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sales is highly desirable.
