- Overall management and leadership of dealership operations, including parts, service & new trucks sales
- Establishing and driving performance improvement to achieve customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Managing the safety program within the dealership and promoting a zero- harm safety first culture
- Business development and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record in building high-performing teams
- Experience in a similar operational or sales management position
- A high level of personal commitment to safety and compliance with safety requirements
