We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager who can take ownership and manage our Bundaberg operation.
Reporting to the Group Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities;
- Customer account management;
- Branch operations;
- Meeting/exceeding sales / profit targets; and
- Managing a small professional sales team.
To be successful in this role you shall have:
- 3+ years relevant experience in a comparable role;
- Excellent sales acumen, communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience using windows-based systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics, Pronto ect;
- Excellent administration skills in electronic file management, excel and word;
- Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, motivate and empower teams; and
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Experience dealing with mechanical components, hydraulics and or heavy machinery is highly regarded.
By nature you shall be a self-starter, results oriented, good-humoured and have a solid commitment in delivering outstanding customer service. Good presentation and confident clear communication along with the ability to make decisions and remain calm under pressure will be your key to success.
