About Tytec Logistics
Tytec Logistics is a specialist OTR tyre logistics and storage provider, operating throughout Australia. Each year we move over 30,000 OTR tyres, across more than two and half million kilometres from our depots in NSW, QLD and WA. Our depots have combined more than 100,000m² of bitumen hardstand dedicated to OTR tyre storage.
Over the years Tytec Logistics has invested substantial resources in the design and manufacture of our patented OTR tyre trailers, increasing safety and efficiency. These purpose built OTR tyre transporters allow Tytec Logistics to carry the tyres, in gauge, without a pilot escort, 24/7.
Since 2012, Tytec Logistics has been the sole logistics company contracted to store and freight all of Michelin’s OTR tyres. This end to end solution commences when we collect Michelin’s OTR tyres from a number of Australian ports and transport them to our national storage yards. When businesses purchase these OTR tyres we then transport them to more than 100 remote mine sites around Australia.
