DSV Air and Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Branch Manager in Launceston or Hobart, Tasmania.
As a DSV Branch Manager, your primary focus is to increase revenue and manage people. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong client relationships. Your people leadership will be essential in achieving our strategic goals and upholding DSV’s reputation for reliability and quality service. DSV values entrepreneurship, while there are global guidelines, you will have true freedom and autonomy to run your own business.

- You’re well connected. You have Tasmanian freight industry knowledge and a strong network of suppliers and customers
- You have sharp business acumen. Your commercial experience in business development and customer relationship management
- You’re an effective leader. You have a track record of successfully driving continuous improvement and leading people towards business profitability
- You’re technologically savvy - adept at using logistics and supply chain management software
- You know the freight sector. You have excellent knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements
