What this opportunity involves:
We’re looking for a personable, professional, and proactive Workplace Manager to join our successful team. In this diverse role, you will manage our clients premium tenancy in Perth CBD.
Providing a high level of service, you’ll maintain a focus on all related facilities management tasks from contractor management, procedures and risk management, statutory compliance management, and sustainability initiatives.
Relationship building across all levels is important, as you’ll be the key point of contact between tenants and contractors.
A snapshot of the day-to-day responsibilities:
- Partnering with the client/s and tenants
- Proactively engaging stakeholders to ensure all on site expectations are met and developing sound working relationships at all levels
- Management of facilities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards
- Risk management
- Recommending continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Ensuring the sites financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets
- Budgeting and reporting as required
- Contractor management
- Preventative maintenance
- Asset planning
Before you apply it’s also worth knowing what we are looking for:
You will have proven facilities management experience in a commercial environment and you’re ready to push your career forward managing a high-profile portfolio.
You’re passionate about sustainability, and have a good knowledge of building systems as well as occupational health & safety legislation and requirements.
Excellent communication skills are important– both written and spoken - and we’ll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines.
Most importantly, you’ll want to work as part of a supportive and talented team of industry professionals who really know their stuff and can help expedite your learning, growth and development.
