Branch Manager/Coordinator

This Role:

• Organise fleet and vehicle maintenance
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and work proactively towards achieving them on a daily basis.
• High standard of safety and safety  procedures (Incidents, hazards and inspections)
• Properly managing staff, including creating effective rosters and organising run sheets.
• Staff organisation and management.
• Approve invoicing and purchasing of mine site consignments.
• Manage Mine site runs and freight.
• Coordinate with mine site personnel during Shut Downs, Machine Downs, and Site Moves to manage freight effectively.
• Efficient and seamless communication with clients is crucial when it comes to handling urgent and daily orders, as well as determining the most suitable freight options.
• Liaising with your customers, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all parties involved.
• Implementing warehouse procedures.
• Liaise with other company entities in regard to product quality control, freight logistics, and EHS operations.
• It is essential to have knowledge and comprehension of the national safety regulations and the chain of responsibility.

Criteria:

• Must be a Kalgoorlie resident.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience in warehousing is preferred. 
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
