The Role
This role's primary function is supporting our Maintenance Shutdown Agreement (MSA) division across the Pilbara region. Based out of our Karratha Depot, this full-time position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity, requiring a commitment of 50 hours per week for a Karratha Local.
Reporting to the MSA Branch Manager, this role is a fast-paced and hands-on role well-suited for individuals with immense attention to detail and bring a planning or scheduling background to the table.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering administrative and organizational support to aid the smooth running of our contracts with our MSA clients
- Collecting, checking and submitting timesheets to Payroll weekly
- Facilitating leave application process for crew members
- Liasing with and assisting the planning team to ensure all MSA personnel are utilized effectively
- Scheduling rosters for MSA personnel
- Ensuring information is available in an accurate and timely fashion
- Collecting, maintaining and processing data and documents
- Writing and compiling reports to aid in the strong communication of information
What you'll need
- Professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite
- High level of administrative capabilities
- Two years of relevant work experience in an admin position
- High attention to detail and the ability to forward-think
- SAP experience desirable
- Scheduling or planning experience desirable but not essential
- Permanent residence in Karratha is highly preferable
