YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Branch Supervisor to join our team and support our Gepps Cross branch. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our operations and drive the success of our customer service and warehouse teams. 

As the Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Customer Service Officers and Warehouse Team Members. Your strategic planning and operational implementation skills will be crucial in ensuring that our customer service levels are consistently exceeded.

We have a learning and development program for the right candidate so you will be set up to succeed from the beginning! 

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Service Officers and Warehouse Team Members
  • Effectively manage site pick and pack, local manufacturing, and customer-specific testing work
  • Understand and communicate branch Profit & Loss with the team
  • Actively drive employee engagement and improvement through feedback, data analysis, and action planning
  • Ensure compliance with Quality and Assurance audit processes (NATA, etc.) by managing onsite contractors
  • Manage and lead all safety objectives, including staff training and reporting to senior leaders
  • You will be well supported with a team of technical and sales experts.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous supervisory experience in Industrial Supply or Trade, preferably in a branch setting
  • The ability to coach, lead, and have performance discussions to support your team's growth and success
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and focus on completing tasks and reporting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comprehensive computer experience, specifically with Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • A focus on site safety and culture is imperative to the success of this role
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a commercial focus
  • Technical product knowledge and a Forklift Licence (preferable) but willing to train
