About the Job
Join the Prime Practice team as a Brand and Marketing Manager (12 Month Contract). In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic and tactical marketing efforts, leading a team of high achievers to expand our market share and increase revenue through innovative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing: Oversee the brand strategy and work alongside the Sales team to support with lead generation, and market share increase.
- Campaign Development: Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on digital strategies including social media, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all communications are brand compliant and oversee the quality and accuracy of marketing materials.
- Event Coordination and Sponsorships: Oversee our participation in events and manage sponsorship initiatives.
- Product-led Marketing Initiatives: Develop campaigns to secure new and repeat business and support key market growth based on our product suite, such as the Associate Dentists Academy.
- Internal Projects: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support workshops and other initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
About You
You are a curious and creative marketing professional with a proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns. Your ability to engage with teams and foster industry partnerships will be crucial. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to achieving excellent client experiences through innovative marketing strategies.

- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM and Marketing, Wix, and Canva
- Experience in Content development (webinars, video series)
- Background in the medical industry or extensive marketing experience
- Experience in managing a team
