We are seeking a Brand Manager preferably with FMCG experience for this attractive permanent Full Time position.
About the Role:
As our Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Your responsibilities will include being the driving force behind building our brand in a digital world. This role will take charge of our digital platforms, managing our social media channels, content for our website and advertising, and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and reporting performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- In cooperation with Sales Team, develop, oversee and execute marketing plans to achieve sales growth and build brand reputation
- Manage the website, media and brand imagery, including POS
- Liaise with stakeholders including external agencies, distributors, the company board, and the management team to ensure effective communication of brand marketing strategy and brand values
- Ensure alignment of brand marketing across key channels in key markets, including direct-to-consumer, domestic on, off and chains and key export markets
- In collaboration with Sales Team Develop communication strategies across key channels in key markets
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics - Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Drive digital innovation in Sales & Marketing
- Drive social media across all platforms
- Contribute and provide assistance to the customer experience strategy for direct consumers
- Contribute to new product development
- Consumer insights - Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities Improve company reputation and drive growth
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
What you'll bring to the team:
- Previous experience in marketing is essential, with a strong understanding of lead generation techniques
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple marketing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing data and provide actionable insights to drive business growth
