Your role will be to Contribute to the overall Smith’s portfolio strategy and growth plans as part of Smith’s brand team and broader marketing function. You will also manage and implement strategy & plans on specified product platforms within Smith’s portfolio across the full marketing mix including communications and innovation, to deliver profitable growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive Brand Growth – compile multiple-source consumer and market data to identify key brand insights and growth strategies for your defined portfolio as well as develop marketing plans to capitalise on growth opportunities to deliver AOP volume, revenue share and profit growth; and build on-going brand equity.
