About the role:
- In line with business objectives, you will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy.
- You will be responsible for executing and communicating across all channels the marketing calendar and key events
- As the brand hero, you will ensure all new creative developments are on brand and consistent with the Riverina Dairy brand and marketing principles
- In collaboration with the CEO, you will manage New Product Development (NPD) through a formal Stage-Gate process
- You will oversee and guide content creation across all channels, including but not limited to social, digital, website, and local marketing press releases.
- You will have Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related discipline
- You will have experience in a similar Brand Manager position, ideally within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
- You have previous experience in executing a Brand Marketing Strategy
- You have previous experience in delivering an innovation / New Product Development (NPD) program.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can bring the team along for the brand journey
