We have a rare opportunity for a passionate, creative and diligent Brand Manager to join the Lanolips Global Brand Management team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is an exciting role, with exposure to the world’s biggest retailers, global beauty influencers, social media, sales, promotions, distribution, logistics, and PR.

The role
- Development of strategic Marketing Calendars and promotional programs, in-line with annual budgets for markets.
- Plan and execute promotional program, including development of product launch plans (including POS, sampling, social strategy, media, pricing, distribution, co-op etc.).
- Implementation of Marketing Calendars.
- Management and development of market sales and marketing budgets.
- Sales forecasting in conjunction with the Lanolips logistics staff
- Analysis and monitoring of brand performance.
- Planning & forecasting + presentation of product launches to retail partners.
- Budget development and tracking
- Market Media & Social Plan development and execution.
- Manage Communications Agencies to develop the highest possible PR exposure for the brands.
- Special Projects.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager for the region.
The candidate
- 2-3 years experience in a marketing role
- Must have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Resourcefulness and creativity to accomplish tasks
- Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter and able to work in a team environment,
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field and / or at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Brand Manager role, preferable skincare or cosmetics.
This is a full time role based in our Head office in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
