As we expand to new states and countries, Grog needs someone to drive growth in traditional marketing channels (Email, Digital Ads, Events, OOH) alongside our executive team. We are looking for someone with a track record of success in consumer goods, retail, marketing agencies or the YouTube creator space.
The role will shift week-by-week, with core responsibilities being:
- Tracking campaigns with a CRM.
- Foster relationships with our VIP list and manage PR gifting campaigns.
- Grow our email database and interact with them on a monthly basis.
- Support the executive team by actioning marketing-related tasks.
- Ideating with the executive team on short-form content, potential event partnerships, potential influencer partnerships, NPD, local campaigns and a lot more.
- Working with retail teams to deliver activations for our retail customers.
- Collaboratively create growth plans for existing and new Grog products, and be accountable for deployment of growth initiatives, requiring cross functional leadership and engagement of the business leadership team.
- Support the development & execution of brand & NPD communications campaigns.
- Work with external vendors and agencies on delivering assets.
