OVERVIEW:As the Brand Marketing Coordinator you’ll create global campaigns that build an engaged audience. Your goal will be to drive thousands of horse owners to our websites and retailers. Your success will expand our market share, leading to another million horses being more comfortable.

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:
- Experience: At least two years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities. An understanding of the horse industry, or at the very least, a genuine love for animals!
- Skills: You must be an excellent writer, someone who understands how to frame a message in a clear, concise, and compelling way while maintaining multiple brand voices. Attention to detail and a flair for coordinating information from multiple sources is an advantage.
- Characteristics: This is an autonomous position with multiple projects, so you should be self-sufficient and self-motivated. It’s also a creative role, so you must be able to gracefully receive criticism and feedback about your work and exercise sound judgement in tight timeframes.
You’ll meet the initiative’s strategic needs on your own, experimenting, learning, and adjusting as you go. Throughout your journey to grow our brand’s audience and reach, you’ll be responsible for:
- The execution of Brand Marketing and communication activities.
- Overseeing trade and consumer events from concept to execution.
- Managing internal and external relationships including media, distributors, and retailers.
- Writing content for a range of platforms and providing a proofreading/editing service for co-collaborators.
- Working cross-functionally across the organisation to ensure we are delivering consistent and unforgettable brand experiences.
