An exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Study Co-ordinator to join the Scientia Clinical Research team
- We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and experienced Clinical Study Co-ordinator to manage clinical trial activity from start up to close out.

Duties for the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage allocated clinical studies and related trial activity to the highest standards of scientific and clinical methodology, ICH, GCP and applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure applicable resources and other support is in place to meet sponsor expectations and the timely and accurate execution of clinical trial activity.
- Manage study expenses.
- Co-ordinate study related training for relevant study team members.
- Conduct routine clinical procedures during screening and in unit as required and within scope of practice.
- Proactively identify issues and lead problem solving and resolution efforts.
- Mentor less experienced team members in all aspects of study management.
Your skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in health, social and/or biological science.
- At least three years experience as Clinical Study coordinator or similar role, preferably in an early phase clinical trial unit or oncology.
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships across an organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to high quality standards with a high level of initiative, accountability, integrity and professionalism.
- Strong team player, with the willingness to proactively step in to support, mentor and train less experienced Clinical Operations team members.
- Good knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and applicable laws and regulations
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environment and business requirements.
