Breakfast Chef

Manly Harbour Boat Club has just undergone a multi-million-dollar refurbishment and requires experienced and inspirational chefs.

Based at Manly Harbour, overlooking Moreton Bay. Manly Harbour Boat Club is a multi-outlet Hospitality Venue with a 300-seat Bistro, Rooftop Bar, Functions, and Events area. Now fully open, our new steakhouse/seafood bistro focuses on local fresh seafood and specialty cuts.  We are now looking to expand our ever-growing team. There are a number of positions available and we are happy to reward the right people.

A Casual Breakfast Chef is required for a mid-June start. Two days preparation two days service with the prep days having flexible start and finish times, however, Service days are set from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Thursday to Sunday with 32-40 hours over the week, depending on the business and chefs' needs. This is a daytime position only with no night work required.

Ideally looking for someone with breakfast experience in high volume with high presentation standards that can work well with our current team as a team player, not a lone wolf.

You would be working with fantastic happy chefs in a supportive environment with growth opportunities should you wish to take them, the choice is yours.
