Sous Chef to join our team.ScopeTogether with industry veteran and owner Chris Hollingsworth you will plate up a menu of high quality culinary experience, assisted by executive chef Esca Khoo & head chef Luke Pedan. You will be working with a team of passionate hospitality professionals with a shared goal to make Adelita Wine Bar the leading destination place along the Wynnum Manly coast.YouYou will have prior experience in the running of a kitchen and working with a small but dedicated team. You will bring a shared level of passion and enthusiasm to deliver a great experience that could sometimes see you go beyond the confines of the kitchen (we are a small team).
