Clinical Care Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator for a delightful residential aged care home. As a CCC you will assist in leading the Clinical Care of all residents and become an important member of the leadership team. This is a full-time permanent role that leads to further managerial opportunities.

You will work alongside an experienced Facility Manager and a Care Manager. This position offers the flexibility of working Monday - Friday or weekends. This is a well-staffed and large facility that provides a great opportunity for learning and development.

The Requirements:

• Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience working as a CCC/ Senior RN in aged care 
• Proven experience training & mentoring care staff
• Exposure to dealing with families 
• Full working rights in Australia
