Job Description
As a Bricklayer at DNL BUILDING SERVICES, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects. You will be responsible for laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials to construct or repair walls, partitions, and other structures. Your attention to detail, precision, and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lay bricks, blocks, or other masonry materials according to construction plans and specifications.
- Measure and cut bricks to the required size and shape.
- Mix mortar and ensure proper consistency for bricklaying.
- Align and level bricks or blocks using plumb lines, spirit levels, and other tools.
- Construct corners, arches, and other decorative or structural elements.
- Repair and replace damaged bricks or masonry as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure smooth project progress.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bricklayer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Attention to detail and precision in bricklaying.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
