Case Manager?-Brighter Futures   Fixed-term Full-time contract until 13/09/2024  Location: Hamilton & Toronto This role is paid under the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Award 2010- Level 5?  The Opportunity?  We are currently looking for an energetic and experienced?Case Manager?to join our Brighter Futures team.  This exciting position involves providing intensive case work for families with children, focusing on parental vulnerabilities and making quality improvements to family functioning. Further, Brighter Futures aims to improve children’s wellbeing, and to prevent them from entering the OOHC system.?
