Join this established National law firm as part of a dynamic and high-performing Real Estate team. This team has won numerous awards in the property space and has a reputation for its top tier prominent developer clients.
You will be part of a cohesive team, with friendly colleagues and very reasonable billable targets. The firm has gone from strength to strength in recent times and it continues to grow at an impressive rate. As such, they have identified a need at either the Senior Associate or Special Counsel level to bolster their Real Estate practice in the Brisbane office.
About You
You will be either an established Senior Associate looking to step up or currently a Special Counsel, with a background in commercial property and leasing matters.
You will enjoy acting for clients in all aspects of acquisition, development and disposal of real estate including related contracts. You will have significant files assisting clients with negotiation and documenting leases and all related documents for their commercial, retail and industrial holdings.
In your capacity at Special Counsel, you will offer mentorship to the junior team members.
