Brisbane Based + Travel - Senior & Systems Engineer Roles

Position Note:

This role will involve regular travel to remote sites.

We have multiple roles available for Systems Engineers, senior Systems Engineers and network engineers.

The Team

We have a permanent full, time role available for a senior systems and network engineer demonstrating excellent experience in supporting medium to complex corporate environments from end to end.

We are a successful and expanding IT services company (MSP) requiring additional network engineers to support on site our growing customer base throughout central QLD and NSW mine sites as well as work remotely throughout other locations and customers.

We have a dedicated team with a positive culture and have been supporting business IT environments for over 25+ years.

The Role

This role involves working with key clients, and with the support of our internal team, managing all aspects of their IT networks, troubleshooting and resolving issues with core infrastructure, networks, firewalls, applications including server platforms, network and remote access solutions, performing work on site, face to face representing the company.

Travelling and working on a range of industry specific sites as well as remote work will be part of the day to day. You will have the flexibility to work from home as well as travel onsite regularly. The role has the requirement for travel and overnight stays to perform service in the field.

You will also be supported by our experienced server and network team as well as customer focused account managers.

A solid understanding of both Infrastructure and Networking technologies will be required for the role.

Customer service is paramount in our company and you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as this is a client facing role.

Requirements

You must have minimum 3+ years proven experience in supporting Networks, Microsoft Server platforms, Applications and client systems in and MSP style environment.

Applicants with certifications will be given preference but not essential. References are required. This position will also require the ability for occasional travel to customer sites.

• Strong desktop support & troubleshooting skills in an MSP environment
