The Broker Services Team Leader role is a critically important one, responsible for the sustained success for our internal Asset Finance broker offerings.
The role will also play a key role in the ongoing development of Fintelligence’s overall value proposition, especially in the development of various Asset Finance referral programs implemented across the broader industry, including the maximisation of the program in place for our network of aligned (AFG) Mortgage Brokers seeking Asset Finance loans for their clients.
The role will form part of our senior management team and as such will play a key role in overall business strategy, but particularly focussed on how to grow and support our internal broking capabilities. It will be ideally based in south-east Queensland and within close proximity to our Varsity Lakes (Gold Coast) office.

We’re seeking an innovative and experienced people Team Leader with a strong knowledge of the Asset Finance broking industry. Having strong relationship building skills and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams are essential. This role will suit someone who loves making people and processes better! The successful candidate will also be results-orientated and a confident communicator who values positive team environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive input into the ongoing development of a value proposition that positions Fintelligence as the preeminent Asset Finance aggregator within Australia.
- Actively monitor, and ensure same of team, all panel (Asset Finance) lenders and insurers to develop an expert and current knowledge of their products and processes.
- Maintain constructive relationships with lenders and insurers to ensure the Fintelligence brand is appropriately represented.
- Expertly lead and coach the team of Broli Finance, ensuring all team members are adequately knowledgeable, compliant, and performing to defined performance metrics, as well as ensuring all team members continue to develop themselves and their knowledge.
- You’ll play a lead role in ensuring the Broker Portal and ‘backend’ loan tier framework of Ambition Cloud includes the current and accurate product collateral and criterion of panel lenders and insurers.
- Proactively contribute to the ongoing improvement of Ambition Cloud functionality including coordination of broker feedback and where applicable, testing of system enhancements.
- Continued development of new and enhancement of current finance referral channels, including maximisation of quality loan volumes, application to approval conversions and internal efficiency.
