A well established insurance bokerage based in Fortitude Valley have a newly created opening for a Broker Support Officer to join their growing team. You will become part of a supportive and friendly team where there is long term career progression.
As a Broker Support Officer you duties may include -
- Processing claims, renewals, endorsements and alterations.
- Managing client files and general policy maintenance
- Liaising with policy holders and insurers over the phone and in writing.
- Providing administrative support to the brokers.
- Experience in insurance customer service, underwriting administration or claims.
- Tier 1 or 2 would be an advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
