We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to support our Insurance team in Sydney.

You will:

• Assist Broker in managing clients pre-renewals
• Input and update data into Salesforce (CRM system), Insight and ensure consistent data is maintained between both systems
• Online quoting using Brokers completed quote slip
• Binding policies on Broker instruction - issuing invoices with schedule to clients and closing to insurers
• Issuing certificates of currency
• Distribution of insurer policy schedule letters to clients
• Notify insurers for cancellations and lapses
• Generate debtor reports for Brokers to chase, reconciling in Salesforce & Insight

  Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.

  Serve as the subject matter expert for the product/service, address customer questions and facilitate requests that need to be actioned by internal teams

  Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals
