Are you looking to step up and be an Assistant Account Executive?
Our client is a well-established, national general insurance broking firm.
Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for a self-motivated individual to join the fast paced team as an Assistant Account Executive.
As an Assistant Account Executive, you will be supporting an experienced Account Manager and be responsible for day-to-day servicing of a large general insurance book of business.
You will also be:
- Liaising with clients and other brokers and process new business and renewals
- Assisting in preparing insurance proposals and presentations for clients
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in the system
- Coordinating with obtaining quotes, bind coverage, and resolving any policy-related issues
- Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
- Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Experience as an assistant administrator/broker within a broking firm
- Basic knowledge of Commercial SME and Personal Lines business (highly regarded)
- Insurance broking qualifications (desireable, not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
